Active Body Chiropractic was visualized as a place where patients could receive cutting edge health care in an environment that they would feel comfortable in.

Upon your first visit (and others for that matter), the first thing you will experience is a smile as you are welcomed into our office.

Unfortunately, on your first visit, you will have to complete some introductory paper work. This will help us obtain important information about your health history so that treatment can administered at the highest possible quality. If you contact our office, this paper work can be obtained ahead of time so that it can already be completed upon arrival if you would prefer.

Once that is complete, you will be shown into the examination room. Whichever chiropractor you see will perform a complete orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic examination of the problem area. After the exam, x-rays will be taken if necessary. If other testing is needed such as MRI, blood testing, etc., arrangements for those tests will be made at this time.

We will then review all of the exam and x-ray findings and let you know what your problem is how we plan to help you. We will also review your insurance information with you at this time so that you understand any costs associated with treatments. This will always be done before any treatment takes place.

Following treatment, you will be given recommendations for home to help speed recovery. These recommendations may include such things as proper sleeping/sitting positions, driving instructions, lifting instructions, home exercises, and instructions for ice and/or heat therapy.
